An Online Booking ID stores all your information on our certified secure web site so that next time you want to book an online reservation you do not have to re-enter your address, telephone number, payment preference, etc. To obtain an Online Booking ID, you need to first make a reservation online and on the very last page of the process (right after submitting the reservation) there is a link to create an Online Booking ID.
To keep prices low, you give a small amount of your time, and share the ride with a few other passengers that may be going to a different destination than yours. In exchange, GO BEST Express gives you prices that are more economical than a taxi or limo and a solution that is more convenient and environmentally friendly than driving and parking at the airport.

Shared ride vans depart Lambert Airport approximately every 30 minutes to downtown St. Louis.
Our fleet consists of 2016 Ford E-350 Transit Sprinter 10 passenger vans. On heavy travel days, we may utilize larger vehicles from our BEST Transportation fleet

GO BEST Express staffs our counters at both terminals at Lambert International Airport for approximately 16 hours a day and we are available 24/7 by calling 314-222-5300. GO BEST Express reservations will not be taken for flights scheduled to land after 12:30am. Passengers with pre-existing reservations must call 314-222-5300 and be ready at our counter inside the terminal at Exit 12 prior to 1:00am for us to service your reservation. If you or your flight is delayed and you check in after 1:00am, then your reservation will be refunded the next business day. Taxis are then available at Exit 14.

Standard fare to downtown hotels is $25 one way and $45 round trip for one (1) person and $20 per person one way and $38 per person round trip for two (2) people. For the two (2) + person rate you must have same reservation, destination & payment together. Group fares are also available. Kids 5 yrs. and under are free and kids 6-12 yrs. are $11. Minors must be traveling with paid adults. Children's fares are already discounted and do not apply for multiple person fares. Quotes for locations outside of normally serviced areas can be acquired by calling 314-222-5300.
Yes, depending on your number of people. Cab fares are based on time and mileage and limousines or sedans are based on a similar scale. For comparison, our sister company, St. Louis County and Yellow Cab, charges approximately $50 - $55 one way for a trip from Lambert Airport to Downtown.
We encourage you to make a reservation for your trip from the airport to the hotel. While reservations are not required, we have found that our passengers prefer to make reservations in advance to avoid the time and hassle of paying in the airport. Advance reservations also help us plan the number of vans we will need to service our customers. Reservations are REQUIRED from the hotels to the airport.
You must cancel four (4) hours in advance of your scheduled pick up time for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for no shows. View our full Cancellation Policy here.
All advanced reservations, whether online or by phone, must be purchased with a major credit or debit card. Walk-up reservations at the airport can be paid with cash or by card.
NO. Our chauffeurs do not accept any payments. At the airport, all cash reservations must be made at our Customer Service counters. All walk-up reservations at other locations must be paid over the phone by credit or debit card.

GO BEST Express allows two pieces of checked baggage and one carry-on piece for each passenger. Checked baggage includes most commercially available luggage and moderate sized boxes. Golf bags are counted as two pieces of luggage. There is an extra charge of $3.00 for each piece of additional baggage beyond the standard allowance. No single piece of baggage or property weighing in excess of fifty (50) pounds will be accepted for transportation unless there is additional help available to aid the chauffeur in both the loading and unloading of such baggage. Pets must be transported in a pet carrier. If the pet carrier is small enough to be carried on the passenger's lap it will count as a carry-on and may be taken on a shared van. Larger pets in pet carriers will require an exclusive van.
All vehicles are equipped with the proper seat belt requirements to accommodate child seats and you are welcome to bring one along. To learn more about traveling with children, please click here.
We are able to provide wheelchair accessible service within our regular service areas only at this time. It is recommended that you make a reservation, request your special need and we will ensure that the appropriate vehicle will be there to accommodate your needs.
