What is an Online Booking ID and how do I get one? An Online Booking ID stores all your information on our certified secure web site so that next time you want to book an online reservation you do not have to reenter your address, telephone number, payment preference, etc. To obtain an Online Booking ID, you need to first make a reservation online and on the very last page of the process (right after submitting the reservation) there is a link to create an Online Booking ID.

What is a shared ride van?
To keep prices low, you give a small amount of your time, and share the ride with a few other passengers. In exchange, GO BEST Express gives you prices that are more economical than a taxi or limo and a solution that is more convenient and environmentally friendly than driving and parking at the airport.

Is it less expensive than a cab or private sedan? Yes, depending on your number of people. Cab fares are based on time and mileage and limousines or sedans are based on a similar scale. For comparison, our sister company, St. Louis County and Yellow Cab, charges approximately $35 one way for a trip from Lambert Airport to Downtown.

Do I need a reservation?
We encourage you to make a reservation from the airport. While reservations are not required, we have found that our passengers prefer to make reservations in advance to avoid the time and hassle of paying in the airport. Advance reservations also help us plan the number of vans we will need to service our customers. Reservations are REQUIRED from the hotels to the airport.

What is the cancellation policy? You must cancel 4 hours in advance of your scheduled pick up time for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for no shows.

How much does it cost?
Standard fare is $21 one way and $37 round trip for 1 person and $17 per person one way and $32 per person round trip for 2 people. For the 2 + person rate you must have same reservation, destination & payment together. Group fares are also available. Kids 5 and under are free and kids 6-12 are $11. Minors must be traveling with paid adults. Children's fares are already discounted and do not apply for multiple person fares.

What are my payment options?
All advanced reservations, whether online or by phone, can be purchased with any major credit card. Walk-up reservations at the airport can be paid with cash.

Can I pay the driver at the airport or hotel?
NO. Our drivers do not accept any payments. At the airport, all cash reservations must be made at our Customer Service counters. All walk-up reservations at hotels must be paid over the phone by credit card.

Can I get a receipt?
Yes, you can print one from this website by using your confirmation number. We will also be happy to email your receipt and confirmations.

What is your baggage policy?
GO BEST Express allows two pieces of checked baggage and one carry-on piece for each passenger. Checked baggage includes most commercially available luggage and moderate sized boxes. Golf bags are counted as two pieces of luggage. There is an extra charge of $3.00 for each piece of additional baggage beyond the standard allowance. No single piece of baggage or property weighing in excess of sixty (50) pounds will be accepted for transportation unless there is additional help available to aid the driver in both the loading and unloading of such baggage. What about my pet? Pets must be transported in a pet carrier. If the pet carrier is small enough to be carried on the passenger's lap it will count as a carry-on and may be taken on a shared van. Larger pets in pet carriers will require an exclusive van.
