We’re sorry we won’t get the chance to serve you.

We understand your travel plans may change. With that in mind, GO BEST Express has a very simple cancellation policy: regardless of whether you made your reservation online or direct via phone, just give us 4 hours notice prior to your pickup time and we will give you a full* refund.

Unfortunately, GO BEST Express cannot refund payment if cancelled with less than 4 hours notice prior to pickup time or in the event of a no-show.

Refunds will be issued within 48-72 business hours.

We hope to see you traveling with GO BEST Express again!

*In the event of a cancellation of an unused partial round trip ticket your refund will be based on the difference of the regular one way ticket price.
